With more than 25 years in the business landscape. Mr. Freyre has performed as CEO and CFO of multinational corporations, family owned, and private equity owned companies such as JP Morgan & Co., ING Group, Banco Santander, Anholt USA, Pegasus Capital, among others. This experience has been developed in the US as well as in Latin America, specifically in Perú. In addition, Mr. Freyre is a Founding Managing Partner of Sigma SAFI, the largest Peruvian asset manager, with more than US$ 700 MM in AUM from institutional investors and investments funds investing in operating leasing, private equity and real estate. Sigma SAFI has operations in Perú and in the USA (Miami, Florida). The latter, in a partnership with Grupo Romero, the largest Peruvian financial group through its companies BCP and Credicorp. Over the last 6 years, Mr. Freyre has been deeply involved in the real estate industry through the development of a REIT for Sigma SAFI and subsequently as Executive Director and Board Member in a local real estate developer called Capac Asociados, dedicated to the development of housing projects in Lima for the middle-income market with sales of around US$ 50.0 million.

Mr. Freyre holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a GMP from Harvard Business School. Throughout his extensive career, he has acquired deep experience in areas such as investment banking and capital markets, business development, business transformation and strategy and financial management. He has performed both executional and corporate strategy leadership positions, allowing him to develop and lead multi-cultural, multi-discipline and highly diverse teams. Mr. Freyre possesses strong communications and leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills. He is a teamwork-oriented person with a focus on results, people development and shareholder value creation.
